    You’re engaged? Congrats! When calling from the US you need to dial 011-212… Dialing a land line is usually pretty successful, but calling cell phones can be a bit more challenging. Best wishes!

    Did you dial the country code? Then the city code? Do you have her cell phone number or a land line? Need more info to help, sorry.

    011 212 02..it really depends and can differ what were the first 5 digits she gave you?

    You know you will have to meet her in person before they will ever give her a fiance visa don’t you? And you will have to be able to prove financial support.

    00 212 22 XX XX XX
    The 0 before 22 is not necessary.

    What city is she in? You need the right area code. From the US 011-212-region/area code(don’t use the zero that we use when dialing from here)-phone number
