You can buy aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid) under the brand name Aspegic in Morocco. You can get it in powder that you mix with water or in tablets.
Doliprane is acetaminophen aka Tylenol.
yes of course they sell aspirin but they also have this medicine that u drop in water but i cant think of the name of it; but it works really well for pain and its made by a french company. but to answer your question, yes u can go to the pharmacy and get asprin.
